About Paul Espinoza

Paul has over twenty years experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker and is currently owner of Espinoza Real Estate in Lake St. Louis, Missouri.

Paul is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR) and the St. Charles County Association of Realtors (SCCAR). Paul serves as REALTOR-Director for the SCCAR and a member of the SCCAR Governmental Affairs and Commercial Committees. Paul is also a State Director for the Missouri Association of Realtors.

Additionally, Paul has over twelve year experience as a licensed "Series 7" Securities Broker and is currently a Missouri state licensed insurance agent. Paul currently owns and manages several residential real estate investment properties and has the knowledge and experience to develop an individual plan that considers tax advantages, insurance needs, investment cost and possible 1031 exchanges to get you FAST ACCURATE RESULTS.

Paul has been a proud member of the United States Navy for 24 years. He is a member of Grace Church St. Louis in Maryland Heights.
